AAMD Registrar Intern | Hartford, CT | June 2025 - August 2025

● Inventoried about 1,000 furniture, textile, and miscellaneous objects; entered records into the Argus database
● Researched on unidentified objects using object files, catalog cards, and donor records
● Collaborated with the American Decorative Arts curator to identify and locate missing or undocumented objects
● Assisted with the museum’s NAGPRA project by identifying, locating, and cataloging Native American artifacts
● Supported installation, deinstallation, and deaccession: object handling, condition photography, and object record update
● Reorganized storage spaces to improve safety, accessibility, and efficiency of object housing

UCCA Center for Contemporary Art

Exhibition Intern | Beijing, China | June 2024 - July 2024

● Co-directed installations for the exhibition “Lawrence Weiner: A PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS ASAP” by organizing documents, coordinating logistics, and communicating between suppliers and Weiner Estate
● Created 3D exhibition models in SketchUp for Lawrence Weiner and Luc Tuyman exhibition to support spatial planning
● Translated written documents for loan contracts and condition reports, and served as an interpreter to facilitate communication between the Weiner Estate and installation staff
● Assisted with dismantling, organized and digitized condition reports for exhibitions of Hiroshi Sugimoto
● Collected data and created catalog records for artworks featured in the exhibitions of Miguel Ángel Payano Jr. and Mo Yi
